NASEO invites State and Territory Energy Offices to participate in a bimonthly State Benchmarking and Building Performance Standard Implementation Cohort, open to states and territories in all stages of building performance policy adoption or implementation. This session will facilitate peer sharing between states about baseline staffing capacity and budget requirements to successfully administer a benchmarking or building performance ordinance.
