This is an important update on the U.S. House "Dear Colleague" letter in support of FY'21 funding for the U.S. State Energy Program (SEP) and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). The final number of House members signing this year's letter is 135. That's only two less than last year's record, and an exceptional outcome given the critical COVID-19 issues Congress has been dealing with for several weeks.
In addition, the final number of senators signing this year's letter is 45. This is the same number as last year, and considering the present disruptions and crisis, a very good result.
