On June 30, 2021, NASEO provided a letter of support for the energy portion of the bipartisan infrastructure bill under consideration by Congress and the Biden Administration. The energy infrastructure portion of the bill is being led by Senator Manchin (D-WV). The NASEO letter addresses key issues in order of the energy infrastructure bill section numbers.
