On September 21 and 22, 2023, NASEO co-hosted the Western Equity Roundtable in Denver, Colorado with the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) and the National Governors Association (NGA). The event brought together State Energy Offices, Public Service Commissions, and Governors' Offices to discuss equity considerations in distribution planning. The agenda featured the Colorado Energy Office; Oregon Department of Energy; and New Mexico Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources presenting their approaches to equity and community engagement.
